SYD Cabs Taxi Drivers – Incident Reporting Instructions
If you are involved in any incident while on duty (including but not limited to): ✔ Customer misbehaviour (abuse, refusal to pay, aggression) ✔ Meter or fare disputes (technical errors, incorrect charges) ✔ Lost property (items left in your taxi) ✔ Emergencies (accidents, medical issues, safety threats) ✔ Other work-related incidents
Fill out all required details (time, location, description, witnesses, etc.).
Submit the form – SYD Cabs will review and take necessary action on any Sydney taxi trips.
⚠If a customer refuses to pay the fare in a taxi, you can report it to the Taxi Fare Hotline or through the Taxi fare complaints form. You can also report it to Service NSW via the 24-hour Taxi Fare Hotline (1800 500 410) or through their online complaints form. You can lodge a complaint online by clicking here on Service NSW website.
⚠Important: – Report incidents as soon as possible for faster resolution. – For emergencies (violence, medical crisis), call 000 first, then report to Syd Cabs. – Keep your driver ID & trip logs ready for reference.
