Fee:
The following fee table outlines the additional charges that may apply to your participation
in the W Eats PTY or Operator Rental Program, in addition to the rental fee (collectively
referred to as the “Fees”). More information regarding the Fees is provided below the table.
For further details on how to make your payment, please see the “Payment” section located
beneath the table.

Our Terms:
1. Governing Law
This agreement is Applicable Jurisdiction: The above clause specifies the jurisdiction of NSW laws which
govern the rental agreement.
Dispute Resolution: The parties can use legal system (e.g., courts, arbitration) that will be used to resolve any
disputes arising from the agreement.
2. Severability
Validity of Remaining Provisions: If a part of the agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Intent to Enforce: This clause demonstrates the parties’ intent to enforce the valid portions of the agreement.
3. Entire Agreement
Supersedes Prior Agreements: The rental agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the
renter (above mentioned License holder) and Rental Company W Eats PTY LTD Or Operator using our
Rental agreement between Renter and himself under the presense of witness W Eats PTY LTD trading as
SYD CABS, replacing any previous discussions or agreements.
Clarity and Completeness: It ensures that the agreement is a comprehensive and final document.

Terms & Conditions:
• NO HAND-HELD DEVICE USE. You understand that use of hand-held communication devices is
only permitted while it is in a suitable cradle fixed in Vehicle. You understand that use of radar/laser
detection devices is prohibited.
SAFE DRIVING. You agree to drive safely and to notify us if You are aware of a potential safety issue
involving a Vehicle or any W Eats PTY LTD product or SYD CABS Operator service by calling us 1300 926 117
or Your Operator. You can email us at incident@sydcabs.au
• NO TRANSPORT OF DANGEROUS ITEMS. You agree not to use the Vehicle to transfer flammable,
poisonous or otherwise dangerous goods.
• SECURING VEHICLE. You agree that when the Vehicle is not in use, You will secure the vehicle by
closing the windows, closing and locking the doors, and it is to be garaged or parked off street, wherever
reasonably practical.
• NO IMPROPER USE OF VEHICLE. You may not use any Vehicle for an illegal purpose, to harass,
mislead, or harm anyone, in a manner that disparages or tarnishes the reputation of W Eats PTY LTD or SDY
CABS Operator or any
W Eats PTY LTD affiliate, or any Opertor or in violation of this Agreement (including these Rules of Use).
• NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed at any time by You or any passenger in the Vehicle.
• NO MODIFICATION TO VEHICLE. You may not modify, disconnect, or otherwise interfere with the
operation of the odometer, emissions control equipment, or any other equipment installed on or in the
Vehicle(s).
• You can only go to our appointed mechanic and smash repair workshop.
• NO UNAUTHORISED DRIVERS. You agree that only You are authorised to use the Vehicle. You
may not allow any other person to operate the Vehicle. In addition to other rights of recourse
W Eats PTY LTD may have and to the extent permitted by applicable law, You agree to pay to us an
unauthorised driver fee for actual costs and damages suffered by W Eats or Operators as a result, per
violation of this rule.
If you don't make arrangements to pay the overdue rental amount or haven't made a request to postpone
repossession within 7 days, W Eats PTY LTD Or any Operator who use this form to make a contract by
witnessing us can pursue repossession.
After 7 of non-payment you are agreeing that W Eats PTY LTD or any Operator who are using this form to
make a contract with you can declare the vehicle been stolen and report to the police station without further
notice.
Additional Notes
Review and Understanding: It is essential for the Driver/above mentioned License holder to carefully review
the entire agreement before signing it to ensure full understanding.
Questions and Clarifications: If any terms are unclear, the Driver/above mentioned License holder should
not hesitate to ask questions or request clarification from the W Eats PTY LTD or Operator using this
contract application form representative.
Modifications: Any modifications to the agreement should be made in writing and signed by both parties.
